    Register your details on our website and follow the three simple steps to book your first appointment with us. Once you have submitted your request, it will be processed and a diditlondon professional will be hand selected to suit your needs. We will then send you a confirmation booking confirming your scheduled appointment. Then just sit back and relax and let our diditlondon stylist come to you.

  • What beauty services does diditlondon
    offer?

    Our diditlondon professionals offer Hair and Makeup services for all occasions.

  • Are your diditlondon professionals vetted?

    All of our diditlondon professionals are hand selected by us and all have their own insurance cover which we have checked. They also have a minimum background of six years in the industry all coming highly recommended.

  • Does diditlondon only cater for London?

    Our diditlondon professionals can be booked in and around London, we choose your diditlondon professional based on who is in your area at your selected time. If your area isn’t available please contact us directly on our contact us page and we shall try and accommodate.

  • Can I request a diditlondon professional?

    You can put in for a request for a diditlondon professional however this is always subject to availability. Please contact us directly under these circumstances and we will do our best to accommodate you. All of our diditlondon professionals are trained to a very high level with a minimum for six years’ experience before they are accepted to work for diditlondon so you are always guaranteed outstanding service irrespective of who serves you.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy.

  • How do I cancel my booking?

    You can cancel your booking my logging in to your booking on our website or by calling us directly. If you choose to cancel via email, only when you receive a response stating that your cancellation has been received will your cancellation be complete.

  • How do I amend my appointment?

    Please contact us directly to make any changes to your scheduled appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you, should we not be able to make any amendments due to availability then we will refund you if this is done 48hours before your appointment.

Late Customers Or Stylists

  • I have booked an appointment and I am
    running late to the scheduled location, what should I do?

    Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us should you be running late so we can let your diditlondon professional know. However our stylists can only wait for up to 15minuetes past your scheduled appointment time due to other commitments. Please note we have a 48hour cancellation policy so should it fall under this time frame we will require full payment of missed appointment. info@diditlondon.com

  • My diditlondon professional is late how can I contact them?

    Please contact us directly should one of our professionals be late. We do advice our stylist to contact us should this happen so we can get in touch with you immediately? If our diditlondon professional is past 15minutes late to your scheduled appointment and this results in you not being able to have your service carried out we will offer a full refund to you. info@diditlondon.com

Promocodes

  • I have a promocode how do I use it?

    To redeem a Promocode please enter the promotional code at the payment stage of your booking. Please note you can only use one promotional code per booking.

Payments and Refunds

  • How are Payments processed?

    Your debit or credit card will be charged automatically once your booking has been accepted by one of our diditlondon professionals. We use a safe a secure third party booking and payment processing system.

  • My appointment was cancelled when can I expect a refund?

    If you cancelled your appointment before the 48hour cancellation policy your refund will be processed within 48hours, however this refund may take between 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
